Here at the Cleveland we are passionate about cleanliness. Our rooms have to be cleaned to a high standard both visually and hygienically. Two years ago we invested in an Austrian cleaning system – ENJO. This is a colour coded cleaning system which cleans not just the surfaces but goes pore deep. ENJO has been scientifically proven to clean at least 6x better than other cleaning products. We noticed a difference in the standard of cleaniless on making the change and are completely confident that you will be impressed when you choose to stay with us.
In addition and as an extra precaution, all door knobs & handles, light switches, remotes etc., are cleaned using sanitiser spray. We have also provided each apartment with a 500ml hand sanitiser for your use when arriving or leaving your apartment. Hand sanitisers are also placed outside all our pools and guest laundry. For those guests that require them, we have face masks available at a nominal cost.
